Over Christmas 2022 we suffered a fairly catastrophic wall collapse in the swimming pool. This had been brewing for a while and had been looked at by other pool companies with no real conclusion as to cause or approach to a repair. Coincidently, Home Counties Pools had put a flier though our letter box and I rang them without very high expectations. However, from that moment on HC’s response was professional, immediate, friendly and helpful. A survey was arranged quickly, a full explanation of the situation and remedies (and a very very helpful suggestion to contact my home insurer) and a quotation followed. We were comfortable immediately that we were finally in safe hands (we are battle scarred pool owners). The work was carried out soon after and was completed totally to our satisfaction and delight. The team were great to have around; very tidy and quick workers and very helpful. We could not be happier with our experiences to date with Home Counties Pools and would not hesitate to recommend them.
